EMC interface speed optimisation

We've made several enhancements to the EMC interface so that loads and responds substantially faster (PS - fully updated interface layout is going to be released with the new Query API functionality!)

We've added tools that streamline our ability to respond to authentication issues, meaning you can get solutions faster.

EMC large customer sync mechanism fully integrated into core functionality

Our large customer/volume EMC sync is now fully integrated into core EMC functionality giving full access to all our new visibility/monitoring for these customers

EMC threshold check for large record changes removed for lists under 1,000 records

We've removed the threshold check for lists under 1,000 records as these are often used for testing, numbers fluctuate because of this, so the threshold is less helpful than in a live list. (Ability for users to enable/disable threshold check themselves for each sync coming shortly...)

Changes to recreating bulk letter run PDF after subsequent letter edits

If individual letters are edited after the PDF is generated, these edits now appear if the whole bulk letter PDF is recreated.
