Note: As of Q4 2025, future improvements and new features for Letter Box will be added only to Letter Box within the Red Arc Supporter Engagement platform and will not be ported to the stand-alone Letter Box app. To join the early access program, please email support@redarc.systems.

Red Arc Supporter Engagement
User permissions and management within the app (especially focused on Letter Box)
Added a floating widget which allows for user guide search and creating support tickets directly in the app
Added secondary links directly to Red Arc user guides and creating a support ticket
Letter Box
Create a bulk run based on gift or constituent queries (not just RENXT lists)
Added "Last Updated" column to the template grid so that templates can be sorted and searched by that property
Added the ability to filter bulk letter runs by type and delivery method
Import word documents into the template editor
Improved copy and paste from word documents into the template editor
Marketing Connector
Add the ability to turn on hard-bounces sync in the Activity Sync. Previously, this functionality had to be turned on for each org by the Red Arc team, but now, all users can toggle this on/off
Improvements 📈
Red Arc Supporter Engagement
Improved the visibility of the toasts messages/notifications within the app so that they appear at the top and in the middle
Decrease default page size from 20 to 10 to fit on screens better
Updated the invitation email to be more clear and inviting
Set new user invitations to automatically expire after 7 days
A large number of other small interface and usability improvements have been made throughout the app, mostly focused on Letter Box components
Marketing Connector
In the mapping tool for HubSpot, destination fields while adding/modifying combined fields are now a lookup, improving the usability
Improved messaging on Constituent Sync mapping errors
Letter Box
Add "Address Country" as a personalization field
Improved messaging and clarity in the modal for insert "If Block"
Localization specific constituent address personalize fields e.g. Suburb for New Zealand
Add "Fullscreen" edit button to the template editor toolbar
Add "Clear HTML" to the template editor toolbar
Fixes 🔧
Marketing Connector
Fix bug in the Constituent Sync where syncing all files in a folder for certain larger users would not sync successfully
Extra delimiters removed from the "Example" column when doing combined fields in the mapping
Fixed a bug in the mapping where sending test records would error due to API latency in the marketing platforms
Letter Box
Fixed various bugs that sometimes occurred while using the template editor
Fix bug with giving summary receipt number being overwritten during subsequent preview/edits
Fixed a couple of bugs where letters would occasionally fail to generate
