Ability to create an Auto Send Letter trigger with Criteria allowing us to select a specific a Gift custom field. This would allows us to select all gifts with the Gift Custom Field that tells us the donation was received from a specific donation form and automate the receipt.

One consolidated tribute letter listing all donors for the acknowledge of the tribute.

It would be great to control/edit/alter the confirmation emails. Currently it goes to the user that created it not the user who needs to see it.

The ability to disable and/or edit recipient would be useful.

It would be very helpful when reviewing ready letters in bulk letter view, if it was possible to edit or swap the displayed contact name and email address for an organization.

This way, if we see that a letter is currently going to a different contact+email than intended, it can be easily changed within Letter Box before sending.

Are there limits to the margins when configuring templates? Why can I not adjust the margins to be more than 5cm?

We'd like to create an obituary report. Not a letter but a report. We would choose the deceased constituent and print a one-page report including their obituary, which is stored in Notes in RE NXT. It would be nice to link to other tables too, such as Relations. This report would be helpful in stewardship of the family and friends of the deceased.

Primarily this would be useful to attach additional documents to emails sent from Letter Box

Would like to have membership and benefits information as merge field options in gift letter templates.

When creating a letter template for soft credit donors, can we have an option to add a merge field of the NAME of the Main Gift Donor? Currently if I use the Name merge field, it would use the name of the soft credit record instead.

You can only download the ones that were not emailable, but it means if you want to send everyone a letter, you now have to make a separate batch and redo all of your edits.

It would be great if you could add dynamic fields based on the user creating the record, so a template, for example, can be signed off dynamically by the person creating it.

As NXt lists are limited we would like to be able to connect letterbox to a query now that query is part of NXT. For example, we would like to see all gifts added this week and date added is not part of the gift list but can be used in query.

I need to be able to pull the pledge balance into my letter templates.

The ability in a giving summary template to add the receipt number as a personalize field. This receipt number would be the number of the first gift for instance. This is useful for orgs who have the same receipt number for all the gifts for a given constituent.

It would be great to have a spot to create a custome size letter (document) and envelope size.

Many Blackbaud clients use a third-party document management system called PaperSave, by PairSoft. To achieve the greatest efficiency with our document management system, we need all documents in Raiser's Edge stored on the integrated PaperSave tile in lieu of the default Attachments tile. Please consider giving users the ability to configure LetterBox to store its documents on the PaperSave tile in RENXT rather than the default attachments tile.

You can generate other gift letter types from the LB widget on the gift record, but the new Pledge Schedule letters don't seem to have made it there yet.

Would love to see letters of that type available on the gift record page, as creating a list and batch for just a single letter is cumbersome. Thanks!

We do not like that any RE NXT user can access Letterbox. Add in access controls to limit access to features.

Can Bulk runs of letters be deleted or archived as they are attached on each donors record. If they are not then maybe they can be archived into months etc to make the whole area cleaner and easier to sort through.

Since templates that are attached to bulk runs can't be deleted, add the ability to archive templates that are no longer used in Letter Box so that they can be hidden in the interface.
